| An installation from Honoré d’O, consisting
of a special edition catologue, sculptures
and a two-screen DVD projection was exhibited. This installation had a strong relationship to the work Honoré exhibited during the 2005 Venice Biennale, where he represented Belgium. The images projected on the wall were shown in a fast tempo, while on the tv monitor viewers could regulate it themselves, slowing it down to view the works separately at their own pace. Shown in the Museum of Modern Art in Villeneuve d’Ascq in 1998, this installation “tant (de) pistâches de titre”, took on still another form of interaction where the images from the DVD were floating in the air and could be caught on ‘tracing paper’ by the visitors. |
